Ubisoft released a new trailer disclosing the virtures of the closed beta that will be going live on 10.24.2015. That would mean it is available now.  With this closed beta you will be able to enjoy "...14 Operators. 3 Maps. 2 Multiplayer Game Modes. Terrorist Hunt. They’re all available for you to experience before Rainbow Six Siege releases on December 1st. We can’t wait for you to join us and your friends in the destructible combat arenas of the Siege."
